Level 1 – Critical ( System Down)
🚨 Everything’s on fire. You (or your clients) can’t access the platform, payments have stopped processing, or your site is completely down. We’ll drop everything and get on it immediately.

Level 2 – High ( Major Issue)
⚠️ Something important isn’t working. Key features like automation, client onboarding, or forms aren’t functioning properly and it's impacting your business. We’ll aim to respond within 4–6 hours.

Level 3 – Medium ( Some Disruption)

🛠️ A few bumps in the road. A function isn’t working as expected, but you’ve got a workaround or it's not affecting your clients directly. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Level 4 – Low ( General Query or Feature Request)
💬 You're just curious. You have a question, a “how do I…” moment, or an idea for improvement. These are important too, and we’ll respond as soon as we can—usually within 2–3 business days.
